Meet and engage with exhibitors
The Northern Travel & Tourism Show makes it easy for face-to-face discussions with attractions and destinations.
The Northern Travel & Tourism Show provides you with plenty of space and opportunities to engage with exhibitors, who represent the diversity of the group travel and tourism industry.
At this busy show, at a quite amazing venue, GTOs will be able to discover the latest news of developments at destinations, heritage attractions, accommodation suppliers and other visitor centres based in the north, and talk to a range of suppliers from around the country.
The Northern Travel & Tourism Show will also provide you the chance to make connections with other group travel professionals, and maybe catch up with old friends too!
Come find them all at the Northern Travel & Tourism Show.
Fam Trips: Lancashire and Manchester
Two familiarisation trips will run on Monday 24th February, the day prior to the show.
We have teamed up with Marketing Lancashire to host a Fam Trip exploring the best of Lancashire, including a visit to the Queen’s Castle in the North, Lancaster Castle.
Lunch will take place on a cruise with Canal Boat Cruises.
Participants will also visit medieval Samlesbury Hall, 30 minutes from Lancaster, which provides a captivating insight into life from the 14th to the 21st century. This will be followed by tea/coffee and scones.
The day will end back at your comfortable hotel with a three-course dinner with wine.
The city of Manchester – This trip will focus on Manchester’s many highlights, starting with a 90-minute “Secrets of Manchester” double-decker bus tour with live commentary from a guide.
In the afternoon you’ll visit the Museum of Science and Industry, and enjoy a meet-and-greet with a brief tour, and free time to explore.
The day will end back at your comfortable hotel with a three-course dinner with wine, before listening to a talk by a Greatdays guide about Manchester’s music history, focusing on the 60s, 70s and 80s.
Who you will meet
More than 45 exhibitors have already booked to attend the show!
As our host destination, Marketing Manchester is arranging an educational tour around the city on the day before the show and the team will be on hand to share the latest information for group visits to this vibrant city at the show itself.
Readers signing up for the fam visit to Lancashire on the day prior to the show will have an insight into what this varied and historically rich county has to offer group visitors.
But, if you are not able to join this trip then come along to the show and visit Marketing Lancashire’s stand, where you will be able to discover more about the county’s stately homes, castles, historic towns and nature reserves.
A taste of what’s in store

The home of the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, Chatsworth is set in the heart of the Peak District. Explore the historic house for fascinating stories and one of Europe’s most significant art collections, discover water features and impressive sculpture in the garden, or visit the animals in the working farmyard.
